The methodology of MAEIN
The MAEIN Initiative created an integrated evaluation mechanism based on a rigorous review of procedures, processes, structures, policies, and results. It produces a report that identifies strengths and gaps, sets priorities, and offers strategic, context-specific capacity-building recommendations aligned with international standards. By targeting efficiency gaps with practical, tailored plans, it strengthens implementation and governance, improves funding prospects, and embeds transparency, accountability, and long-term institutional sustainability.
