Maein Programs - Our Services

Enhancing the capacities of local organizations is the core mission of the Maein Initiative. The process begins with a systematic capacity assessment of local respondents, followed by targeted improvements based on identified gaps. This ensures efficiency and effectiveness, whilst continuous learning drives steady advancement.

Organizational Capacity Assessment Mechanism

Maein has established an integrated assessment and analysis mechanism for local organizations, evaluating procedures, results, processes, structures, and policies. Maein assessment reports provide comprehensive review of strengths, identify opportunities for improvement, and outline strategic priorities and recommendations for capacity building in line with international standards and local contexts.

NGO Empowerment and Capacity Strengthening Programs

This process includes strengthening the capacities of local organizations through advanced training programs, specialized workshops, and consultancy services led by experienced experts. The training focuses on equipping local organizations with the knowledge, behaviors, and skills necessary to enhance organizational performance. The capacitation programs may lead to some rating or donor-oriented reports for organizations that meet the required standards of transparency, accountability, and good governance practices.

Network of Experts, Volunteers, Consultations, and Incubation of Talents

The Maein Initiative mobilize professional experts, including volunteers, consultants, and young talents, to contribute to strengthening the capacity and resources of local organisations to respond to crises and promote long-term sustainability. Additionally, it facilitates focus groups for collaborative problem-solving on pressing issues and professional forums to review field experiences and extract practical lessons.

Pioneering the localization of humanitarian and development action in areas of need, in accordance with international standards, whilst respecting local contexts.
