Network of Experts, Volunteering and Incubation of Geniuses

This network represents the beating heart of the MAEIN Initiative, combining specialized expertise, the spirit of volunteerism, and the energies of talented youth into a single platform aimed at enhancing the efficiency of local organizations and achieving a sustainable humanitarian and development impact.

Network of Experts

We provide a select group of experts certified according to specific standards, covering the three main axes of assessment and empowerment tools:

  • Governance Expert: To improve management structures, transparency, and accountability.
  • Finance Expert: To support financial systems, promote sustainability, and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Program and Project Expert: To ensure quality design and implementation, and to enhance the efficiency of monitoring and evaluation.

These experts provide strategic advice, lead specialized workshops, and accompany organizations on their journey to compliance with international best practices such as SPHERE, OECD-DAC, and CHS Alliance.

Volunteer platform

We offer the opportunity to specialists and those interested in volunteering, whether through:

  • Participation in institutional evaluations.
  • Support the preparation of reports and research.
  • Providing practical training to organizations.
  • Technical and administrative support.

Volunteers gain practical experience, receive accredited certificates of appreciation, and engage in a wide network of local and international partners.

Institutional Consulting

The network provides integrated consulting services based on the MAEIN tools, including:

  • Enhancing governance and transparency.
  • Developing financial and administrative policies.
  • Design and follow-up of programs and projects.

This institutional consulting ensures that organizations are prepared to meet donor requirements and establish long-term strategic partnerships founded on trust and competence.

The incubator is a gateway to empowering ambitious and talented youth through three tracks:

1. Talent Incubator: Training and qualification in assessment and capacity building.

2. Volunteer: Engage in field and office assignments with the initiative and partner organizations.

3. Consultation Forum: Exchange of ideas and experiences between youth, experts, and international bodies.

Incubated will receive a personal development map, periodic evaluations, and future opportunities to work or collaborate with local and international organizations.

Through this network, MAEIN provides an integrated platform that combines experience, enthusiasm, and ambition to build a bridge between global standards and local contexts, ensuring that every local organization has a strong partner capable of making a tangible difference in the lives of communities.
