The MAEIN Talent Incubator is a pioneering platform that aims to discover and qualify talented youth to become leaders in the fields of humanitarian and development work. The program provides an integrated path that combines academic and field training, professional qualification, and networking with experts and organizations, ensuring the development of a generation capable of innovation and influencing policies and practices at the local and international levels.


Tasks and opportunities:
  • Participate in field and desk-based institutional evaluations of local organizations.
  • Engage in specialized training courses (governance, finance, project management, etc.).
  • Preparing an individual roadmap for capacity development under the supervision of experts.
  • Contribute to research and projects related to the Maeen Initiative.
  • Get opportunities to volunteer, train, or work with partner organizations.


Qualifications and requirements: 
  • University degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (Master's preferred).
  • University degree as a minimum (postgraduate degree is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in at least one language (Arabic/English/French), with proficiency in more than one language an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IT basics (Word, Excel); proficiency in additional programs according to the specialization is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, especially for field participation.
  • Commitment to seriousness, perseverance, and responsible handling of the development plan
